Project: Product page rich content
The ProblemThe old product description page, despite its previous relevancy, no longer met the company's evolving needs. It was burdened with excessive text, making the information hard to decipher. Hot maps also revealed a concerning scrolling rate by the end of the page, hovering around 1%. YIKES!
The Solution: With the help of the E-commerce team at Revant, we created a list of needs for the new page. We wanted to capture the product's affordability with a new table/module. We also needed to show how polarization works and why it is an important upsell. We used more motion on the page to make the product more appealing to the lifestyle consumer.
Project tasks: in this project, I conducted Competitor Research to understand the market landscape, UX Research to gather user insights and created Low and High-fidelity wireframes to hand off to developers, ensuring a smooth transition from design to development.
EMAIL CAMPAIGNS
The Problem: Revant has over 90,000 products on its website. Marketing for frames is challenging because selling such a vast catalog of items makes it hard for customers to find their specific pair of sunglasses. 
The Solution: We have experimented with many different styles of emails. With Klaviyo's new updates, I have been able to add live products to emails. Live products customize the email with popular or recently viewed items for easier checkout. Most email campaigns we create are educational, so I am constantly iterating on new layouts for each block. Most recently, I updated the footer to be condensed to encourage people to get to the end of emails. 
My role in this ongoing project is conducting competitor research, designing templates, conducting A/B tests, and customizing each email campaign design.
Color Recommendation QUIZ
The problem: Customers frequently contact customer service, asking for recommendations based on their environment and activity. They are curious if the color they want will suit their needs. The Customer Experience team wanted a solution to these questions to be present on the product description page.
The Solution: Through a collaborative effort with Revant's E-commerce team and Customer Experience team, we developed a color recommendation quiz. This seamless addition to the product selection pipeline has significantly boosted the purchase rate for those who take it, demonstrating the power of teamwork in addressing customer questions and improving their shopping experience.
My role in this project was conducting competitor research and UX Research, completing low—and high-fidelity quiz wireframes, and designing and illustrating a new iconography system.
